I follow Ghost's blog - a russian translator of Gantz. He lives now in Japan. His blog - http://grey-13.livejournal.com/
Also just few days ago I found an interesting blog - http://kojik.livejournal.com/. The author - a Japanese, who speaks Russian pretty good. He translates Russian sci-fi into Japanese.
