Now Tyumen doesn't seem so miserable for me.

Really? Damn I missed it. May we have met... and I would asked for a higher grant...
Anyway, I don't think Tyumen is miserable. I spent 4 days at Tyumen Model of UN where I met foreigners from the USA, France, some organisators were from Moscow. Yeah, we are not so cool as "moscvichi" but "we have oil" ^)

Cheer up! there would be some more: next Tyumen model will be in November (for pupils, but students are allowed too) and, if you can't wait, 12-16 of April will be held one in Moscow. I think it's possible to go there. Anyway I'm going there.
